1. For bumps and bruises, apply with gentle massage movements 2-4 times a day.
2. After intense exertion, apply once to painful areas to relax overloaded muscles.
3. For joint pain and neuralgia of various origins, apply 1-3 times a day to the affected inflamed areas. Long-term use is possible.
4. In a therapy or relaxation massage session, a small amount of gel can be added to the massage oil.
