Conditions of Purchase

These General Purchase Conditions govern the use of miasala.com (hereinafter, the "website"). Before making purchases through the website, you should familiarize yourself with the following rules described below:

1. Scope of the contract.

These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Mia Sala products through its website, in exchange for economic benefits. Mia Sala informs that its website is exclusively for an audience over 18 years of age. Mia Sala reserves the right to cancel a customer's account if it detects fraudulent or speculative activity when using this service. Likewise, Mia Sala reserves the right to cancel a customer's account if there is a debit or unpaid balances.

2. Prices and products.

Valid prices are indicated on the website on the day of the order. Prices are indicated for each product and include VAT (value added tax). The total amount of the order to be delivered is indicated to the customer in detail at the time of ordering. The exposed prices of the products are in euros €. Product prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, shipping insurance, or any additional service or application to the product.

The website provides products with detailed descriptions and images. Mia Sala reserves the right to unilaterally change the prices of products at any time and without prior notice, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently.

3. The purchasing process.

The purchase of goods on the website is only possible if this product is available, which is indicated next to each product. The process of purchasing goods through the website is as follows:

3.1. Shopping cart

All products selected by the user will be placed in the "basket" or shopping cart. The user must access the basket to begin the purchase process. In order to complete the purchase process, the user must register. For registration, the user must enter their username and password to access their account. To complete the purchase, the user will be asked to enter all the necessary data (details for payment and order delivery). These data can be changed at any time.

3.2. Shipping options.

After the user enters their delivery address, the system will display the delivery cost. Your purchases will be delivered within 24-72 business hours. The delivery time depends on the place of delivery of the order. Purchases made after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day. 3.3. Payment

The user will choose a payment method and give his consent for the operation. See section "4. Payment methods" for more information.

3.4. Consent

The user confirms the order and accepts the purchase of the selected products, and also accepts the Purchase Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3.5. Purchase confirmation.

The user will receive an email to the address specified in the registration, it will include the list of products paid, the price, the shipping method, the date of purchase, the order number and the expected delivery date. 4. Payment methods.

To complete the purchase, you will be asked to proceed with the payment. This condition is mandatory and, in no case, payment can be made later. Payment by other procedures, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer, is not allowed. Supported payment methods: debit or credit cards (Visa® or MasterCard®) and PayPal. The payment method is selected during the purchase process on the corresponding page. In case of fraudulent charges through his card, the client is obliged to immediately inform Mia Sala about it, either by email at mia@miasla.com or by phone so that Mia Sala can take the necessary measures. Providers or issuers of payment methods can adopt anti-fraud measures that cause the rejection of some types of operations. The application of this type of security policies is not the responsibility of Mia Sala.

5. Product availability.

If the customer bought and paid for products that were no longer available at that time, Mia Sala will immediately inform the customer about it. The customer may, or choose other products for that amount, or request the refund of said amount of the unserved purchase, or wait for the delivery of these products when there is new availability. In case of reimbursement of the amount of the payment, Mia Sala is obliged to return the payment within a maximum period of 30 days and with the same method of payment for which it was made.
