Hassle-Free Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them.
How to Return
Contact us at info@miasala.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
We'll guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization.
Ship the product back in its original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Use a trackable shipping service to send your return.
Return Conditions
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@miasala.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I return the products?
Yes, always during the 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products, you can return the purchase under the following conditions:• If your purchase is damaged or if you find a defect in the product, you can return the purchase. Complete the form with the purchase data in the RETURN SECTION and wait for our response or CONTACT US
• The shipping of the products is insured by the shipping company itself. The responsibility for the return falls on the client since, he, must comply with the conditions of the shipping company. The customer must notify the shipping company of any incident during the first 24 hours after receiving the product. Outside this period, the client will not have any right to return or refund.
• If you change your mind or do not like the order received, you can return it subject to the following conditions:
- The products must be packed in their original packaging. If the product has a tamper-proof protective film, the film should not be damaged.
- The products cannot be used; if there is a pump, it must be clean inside (without product).
- The product packaging must not be damaged or tampered with. The packaging must be completely new and clean.
WARNING: Do not stick adhesive tape on the original packaging. If necessary, wrap the original packaging in another package. Otherwise, the products will not be accepted for refund.

When returning an item, you can choose:
• Refund of the amount paid.
• Replacement with another product in case of damage or defect.
• In the event that the replacement was for a different product than the one purchased and it had a lower cost, Mia Sala will refund the difference in cost. On the contrary, if it had a higher value, the buyer must pay the difference.
• A refund or a new shipment of products will be made after receiving the package with the returned products in our office.
• In case of refund, the transfer will be made within the following 14 business days after receiving the return, depending on your bank, you can receive it up to 2 days later.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
• If you received an order with damaged or damaged products, you will not have to pay shipping costs under any circumstances. Also, if you request to replace a damaged product with a new one, Mia Sala will pay the costs of the new shipment.
• In case you want to return the products received in good condition, all management and transportation costs will be at your expense.
