1. For nasal congestion, apply to the area around the nose and on the forehead, above the eyebrows.
2. When coughing, apply with massaging movements to the chest.
3. For a sore throat, apply to the neck and temples.
Apply 1 to 4 times a day, depending on the intensity of the condition.
For children under 3 years of age, use only as an inhalation. Dilute ½ teaspoon of gel in hot water and leave in the child's room out of reach.
